All contemporary glass artists, schools and students are encouraged to enter and share their work in the online gallery. With more categories added this year, entries are invited in the Bullseye Glass Artists Prize, the Bullseye Glass Education Prizes (open to Primary School, Secondary School and Higher Education entrants) as well as the Other Glass Prize. The Education prizes will be decided by the public on the Warm Glass Facebook page with the winning artist being the one with the most ‘likes’ on the closing date of Midday 31st July 2017.

Last year’s Bullseye Glass Artists Prize winner, Madisyn Zabel this year joins an expert panel of judges to decide this year’s main category winner alongside Lani McGregor, Executive Director of Bullseye Projects and Bullseye Glass Gallery Curator Michael Endo.

Previous winners can be viewed in the Glass Prize gallery online, a remarkable collection of work from glass artists of varying backgrounds and abilities across the past ten years that the competition has run.

Now in its eleventh year, The Glass Prize is run by Bristol-based Glass Supplier, Warm Glass UK wo are Europe’s largest supplier of Bullseye Glass and fusing materials to schools, hobbyists and glass artists.  “Top-quality glass education and knowledge have been at the heart of our ethos since our beginnings, so we are particularly excited to offer more awards this year within our Education categories and are delighted to offer this opportunity for students and glass artists alike to share their work to the widest audience possible through this competition.” says Warm Glass UK Director Pippa Bluck.
