Kunststichting Perspektief vzw (Art Foundation) is organizing the 3rd edition of the International Paper Art Biennial
Show : from February 24th > March 4th, 2018
Paper artists from over the world are invited to apply for selection for this prestigious event.
This high level Biennial offers these artists a unique opportunity to exhibit – it also provides them with an exceptional opportunity to reach new audiences.
The vision for the Paper Art Biennale is to create an exciting new platform for discovering and presenting the very best international ceramic art artists, showing ambitious works made by leading and emerging craftsmen, and to provide an experimental space for imaginative new ways to experience and enjoy this craft as a fascinating, thought provoking and inspirational art form.
The exhibition will enable participants to have their work recognised for excellence within an international context. It will be attended by international audiences, and will offer an exciting platform for discussion and critical debate.
The exhibition will once again celebrate the values of crafts practice by bringing together works from around the world, that expresses imaginative contemporary ideas through an understanding of materials, skills and traditions.
We welcome inspirational works which aim to challenge perceptions of craft, whether through scale, technique, design, interpretation of materials or display, including installations.
International Glass Art Biennial 2018
The Art Foundation KSP is calling for glass artists to apply to be part of the 4th edition of their Contemporary Glass Art Biennial 2018, a well-established,
high quality and highly regarded event.
This Biennial is unique in its focus on glass artists and makers, unencumbered by suppliers and other craft disciplines.
The venue is held at the Cultural Community Center Haacht.
The Foundation is seeking applications from glass artists anxious to exhibit at this popular show in December 2018.
The Contemporary Glass Art Biennial is one of the most prestigious of its kind in Belgium, held in the modern cultural center located in the triangle
of cultural cities as Brussels, Leuven and Mechelen.
A well-established, high quality and highly regarded event, unique in its focus on glass art artists. It is this clear focus, together with the
unique setting, the professionalism of the organizers and consistently high visitor numbers that make this event successful.
